MY EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER CARE: PULL AND BEAR

For me a main factor for why I shop with a particular brand is as a result of their customer service. When I am shopping with any brand I like to feel like my experience and satisfaction when shopping matters. That's why I decided to create this series, to share my experience with customer services when I've had to.

So this week I had to experience the customer service of Pull and Bear after I had received a faulty t-shirt.

I first contacted the company on Twitter as I had heard that this was the best way to interact with companies and brands now. I quickly received a tweet from Pull and Bear in which they asked me to send an email to their customer care team.

I sent an email to the customore care team who got back to me relatively quick for an international company. Pull and Bear were really understanding of the fact that I didn't live local to a store and that the only way I could resolve this was through their online service. I was then asked to reply with my order number and attach a picture of the item. Soon after I received a follow up email acknowledging my request and an assurance my issue was being looked at. So far so good!

A few days after this I received another email to say that a replacement t-shirt was on it's way to my house! I was beyond happy as I didn't know whether they would even accept that my product was faulty let alone send me a replacement without returning the faulty t-shirt.

Robyn's Customer Service Rating: 5/5

Overall, I was so happy with the customer care service in comparison to others I've had. The customer care team were understandable, quick to respond and resolved my issue quickly. If anything this whole experience has made me want to shop with Pull and Bear again as I know that my service means something to them as a company. It's nice to feel like you matter!
